God created the world

When time did not yet exist, the world was gloomy and gloomy. God changed things.
First, he ordered the light to spring into the darkness. And the light appeared.
Then he commanded the raging oceans to retreat, and so appeared the dry land.
But the land was empty and silent, save for the lapping of the waves and the whisper of the wind.

So God gave the order to the earth to produce plants and trees.

What a magnificent aspect these first green leaves and these brilliant flowers offered! Then, at the zenith of the vast sky which he had created, God commanded the sun to shine during the day and the moon to shed a soft light during the night.

He created stars to sparkle against the dark velvet of the sky.

The sky and the sea were still silent and empty.

God put the ocean of creatures to swim in from the smallest fish to the largest whale. He made the birds
to sing harmonious melodies while fluttering from tree to tree It was a wonderful world, and God saw how good it all was.

But the earth was still empty. It was then that God made the animals. He created the little furry creatures as well as the huge and mighty wild beasts. Forests and woods, fields and plains came to life thanks to the animals that God had made.

God commanded all fish and birds, as well as all other animals, to breed and multiply, so that the whole world would be populated, lively, and happy.
God watched everything he had done and said, "It's very good."
